Andrea achieved her Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Washington State University in 2006, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Eastern Washington University in 2010. Her work as a traveling physical therapist throughout the Pacific Northwest for 5 years helped her develop a valuable skillset for treating a wide variety of patients. Some of her favorite practice areas include balance training in geriatric populations, vestibular rehabilitation, and shoulder dysfunctions. She is currently focusing on expanding her manual therapy skills with the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). She is most rewarded by helping her clients improve their quality of life through fun, healthy movement.
Andrea competed as a Division I swimmer for the WSU Cougars for 4 years and continues to enjoy challenging herself in local events including triathlons, cross country ski races, and dance performances. Growing up in Alaska fostered a deep love of wilderness and outdoor activities that she continues to explore through adventures in rock climbing, canyoneering, pack rafting, and spelunking around the Pacific Northwest and internationally.
