Join us biweekly to build strength, mobility, and control throughout your lower body and core. Whether you’re looking for general injury prevention or pre-season conditioning for biking, hiking, kayaking, and other summer sports, this class will safely challenge you using evidence-based methods with a qualified strength coach.
This unique, 8-week course includes 16 classes taught by Luke Galloway, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. With all participants masked when inside our healthcare facility and outdoor training maximized when weather permits, this small group setting of up to 12 people optimizes safety and results.
The program is intended for folks with a minimum of 8 consecutive weeks of resistance training. This includes our Rooted to Rise course, personal training, lower body calisthenics, free weights, machines, Crossfit, or other programs focusing on strengthening the muscular and skeletal systems.
The value is almost unreal at an average price of $15 per workout and an experienced, highly accredited trainer leading the course.
