As a lifelong athlete, Luke believes that each individual should be trained holistically to prevent injury and improve longevity. He feels strongly that proper diet, sleep, and stress management are just as important to health and performance as a guided training program. Luke’s favorite tool as a trainer is the swiss ball, due to its versatility and promotion of stability and balance.
Luke (he/him/his) has played basketball since age 5 and enjoys coaching as well as refereeing the game. He has also officiated youth volleyball, baseball, softball, and flag football games around Whatcom County. When he is not training or learning, Luke enjoys hiking, camping, and backpacking throughout the western United States.
