Join us biweekly to build strength, mobility, and control throughout your lower body and core. Whether you’re looking for pre-season conditioning for winter sports or general injury prevention, this class will safely challenge you using evidence-based methods with a qualified strength coach. Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll develop the physical and mental foundation to rise up and meet any challenge on the slopes, court, or anywhere else your life takes you this fall and winter!
This unique course includes 14 classes with fun and challenging research-based exercise taught by Luke Galloway, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
With an average price of less than $12 per workout, safety optimized with all participants fully vaccinated in a small group setting (11-13 people total), and an experienced, highly accredited trainer leading the course, the value is almost unreal.
We hope to see you at all classes, but there will be 1 make-up class offered on November 22nd for individuals who miss 1+ class.
