What To Expect For Your In-Person Appointment

If you are sick, please stay home and call or text us (via the green button at the bottom-right corner of this page) to either switch your in-person appointment to a telehealth visit or reschedule.

Per statewide order, we ask that you enter the building wearing a face covering. If you do not have a face covering, we will always be able to supply one for you–our treat!

We ask that you enter the building alone, with the exception of a baby in your arms or required assistance to check-in.

Please start by washing your hands in the bathrooms directly across the hall. Once done, you will be asked to provide a verbal response to a brief COVID-19 Pre-Screening questionnaire.

If the face covering you wear into the building does not have a filter or is not a surgical mask, a surgical mask will be provided to you.

CorePhysio has three separate reception spaces and you are welcome to select your preferred reception space.

Please be mindful of the 6 feet social distancing parameters.

WA State:

Check out our S.M.A.R.T. Care Pledge to see all the steps we take every day to keep our clients, staff, and families safe in all we do. Additionally:

  • Our administrators are reviewing CDC, OSHA, and WA State Department of Health guidelines daily to keep our clients, our staff and their families, and our community safe.
  • We always support our staff and clients staying home when they are sick.
  • All staff members are up-to-date on their infection control training.
  • Signage about our safe practice policies is placed throughout the clinic.

Our goal is to cast a wide net of multimedia options to keep our clients informed of steps we are taking in a way that works best for them. We are updating our appointment reminders, voicemail, website, Facebook, and Instagram regularly.

Telehealth is a unique and rapidly evolving platform for the delivery of healthcare services.  It allows for convenient access to your healthcare provider–especially when circumstances limit on-site visits–through your laptop, computer, or smartphone.

Does it look and feel the same as seeing your physical therapist face-to-face? We think so. The largest difference is our inability to perform any manual therapy or hands-on guidance during our sessions together. We know you value this as much as we do and what you may miss in human contact, we accommodate in all other ways.

Our ability to evaluate, make a diagnosis, design and progress a treatment plan, educate, prescribe exercise, and restore meaningful activities into your life, stays exactly the same! We see this as a great opportunity to expand our exceptional care from our office into your home.

We are very excited about being able to provide this medium of care for our clients and community. If you would like a telehealth appointment, please call us at (360) 752-2673.

Regular physical therapy is really important for clients to progress, and preventing the spread of COVID-19 is essential for our community and the world right now. Remember, you are resilient and one of the biggest things we do as physical therapists is educate, create hope, and empower you to contribute to your healing. Continue your good work, we can’t wait to help you again!

Our amazing authorization specialist, Aspen, confirmed that many authorizations are requested after a visit and progress note; that process will continue as normal.

Yes, please update your surgeon. Your wellness is our highest priority and keeping your provider informed is important. We believe many PT clinics are closing this and next week; however, we are all working on telehealth to continue to provide care to our clients.
