Katie graduated from University of Montana with a BS in Exercise Science in 1997. After graduation Katie started her career in physical therapy as an exercise specialist. In 2000 Katie took a break from physical therapy to raise a family. In that time, she worked as a certified Pilates instructor in both Whatcom and Island counties. Katie decided to return to the career of physical therapy and graduated from Whatcom community college in 2014 with a PTA degree. Her pelvic pain education started in 2019 through Herman and Wallace, and she is Certified as a level 2 MFD specialist. She treats all genders for both pelvic floor and orthopedic care.
Growing up in Montana Katie found a love of the outdoors. She enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, biking and reading with her family. Katie enjoys all kind of movement throughout her life from strength training to yoga.
